Why This Workshop

Most Families Mean to Plan.
Life Keeps Getting in the Way.

You've worked hard for the people you love, and somewhere on the list of things to handle "eventually" sits a will, a trust, or a plan for who steps in if you can't. For a couple of hours on a Saturday morning, we'll walk through what a real plan actually looks like, in plain language, with no pressure to sign anything that day. You'll leave knowing what questions to ask, what gaps to close, and whether a will, a trust, or both is the right fit for your family.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk in. This workshop is designed to bring clarity to your options and your next steps.
What You'll Walk Away With

Three Things Most Families Get Wrong

01

Wills, Trusts & What's the Difference?

What each one actually does, where probate fits in, and which one (or both) makes sense for a family like yours.

02

Naming The Right Guardian

How to formally document your choice of guardian for your children, and what can happen if you never put that choice in writing.

03

Staying Out Of Probate Court

The planning gaps that send families to court for months, and the handful of decisions that close them now.

Meet Your Host

Sultana DeJesus, Esq.

Founder & Attorney · Personal Family Lawyer® · 16 Years In Central Florida

"I started this firm on a simple belief: planning for life shouldn't feel cold or complicated. This workshop is the same belief, just out loud, in a room, with coffee."

Sultana has spent 16 years serving Central Florida families and business owners through her own practice, now Sultana Legacy Law & Title. She opened her doors in 2010, in the middle of the financial crisis, and spent her early years helping local families survive foreclosure. She kept seeing the same gap from a different angle: hardworking families building a life with no real plan to protect it. This workshop exists to close that gap, before it ever becomes an emergency.

Sultana

“Sultana took the time to review all of the documents with us and answer all of our questions. We could not be more pleased with the firm’s professionalism.”

What People Ask Before They Register

Is this workshop really complimentary?

Yes, there's no charge to attend. Sultana will be presenting a complete workshop with time for a few general questions, and at the end you'll have a simple way to schedule a private Life & Legacy Planning® session for the detailed, family-specific guidance a group setting can't cover.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, and a spouse or family member if you'd like a second set of ears. Light refreshments will be served, so come as you are.

What if I can't make it but still want help?

Email us at Connect@SultanaLawTitle.com and we'll get you scheduled directly, no need to wait for the next workshop.

We're keeping this workshop small so there's time for real questions, so seats will go quickly.

You don't need to bring documents, or know what kind of plan you need. Come with your questions. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of the decisions your family may need to make, and the next step that feels right for you. There is no obligation to hire the firm or make a decision during the workshop.
